How do I create an account?

To create an account with Aurum, please follow the steps below:

  • Click the user icon in the top right corner.
  • Click the "Create an account" link to be taken to the account creation page. Alternatively, will take you there.
  • Complete the create account form. After all required details are inputted, click "Create account." A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
  • Go to your email and search for our confirmation email. Click the link within the confirmation email to activate your account.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password" button on the sign in page and follow the procedures to change it.

How do I access my account information such as offers, purchase history, and messages?
To access your account information, click the user button in the upper right corner. The links to your account information will be displayed in the menu.
How do I change my email, phone number, name, or password?

To update your personal information:

  • Click the user icon in the top right to open your user menu.
  • Select "Account Information."
  • Select "Personal Information."
  • Input your password. This is an extra security measure taken by Aurum.
  • Click "Edit" on the option you would like to change.
  • Click "Submit" to confirm the change.

If you are changing your email, Aurum will send another confirmation email to your email address.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter please follow the following steps:

  • Select the user icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • Select the "Account Information" button to open your account information.
  • Select "Preferences."
  • Select "Unsubscribe."
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, send an email to . You will receive a final email confirming that your account has been deleted.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, find the item you would like to purchase and select the "Purchase" button to take you to the purchase page.

Once on the purchase page, input your shipping address and select "Continue." Input your payment information and select "Complete Order" to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when the "Complete Order" button is pressed.

You can also add items to your shopping bag by selecting the shopping bag icon on your desired product. To purchase all items in your shopping bag, select the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select "Checkout" to purchase all items in your shoppinng bag.
How do I view my order information?

For registered users:

  • Click the user icon in the top right to open your user menu.
  • Select "Purchase History."
  • All information for your orders and returns are listed on this page.

Order information is also sent to the user's email at the time of purchase.

For non-registered users:

Order information for non-registered users is sent to the email provided upon purchase.

How do I cancel my order?
Users can cancel orders if the items in the order have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

How long after placing an order do items ship?
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of placing an order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Items are usually delivered within 2-4 days of shipment not considering any delay by the shipping carrier.
How do I view the delivery status of my order?
The delivery status of your order can be accessed on the order information page. To view detailed tracking history, select the tracking number displayed on the orders page.

Returns
What is Aurum's return policy?
Aurum accepts returns 30 days after the date of delivery of your item. Items must be returned in the same condition they were mailed in bar any defects arising from shipping.

Aurum accepts returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery.
How do I track the delivery status of a return?
The delivery status of a return can be viewed on the return details page. To view detailed tracking information, click the tracking number on the return details page.

When will I receive a refund after the item is returned?
Aurum will initiate a refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to show on your payment provider statements.

  • Select "Purchase History."
  • Select the "Returns" tab.
  • Scroll to your desired return and select "View Return Details."

For non-registered users:

  • Access return details pages through the emails sent by Aurum to your email address at the time each return was started.
